No pictures this time. Could be because there is nothing new to take a picture of. I would like to say something nice , but, the words just can't come.
What can you say about contractors that show up about 9:30, leave for lunch around 11:45 and still aren't back(it's now 1:55)
I just want to tear into some one and then go screaming into the night!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, this is our neighbor Earlene and I when the floor was put down. I just wanted to dance all over!

The walls have been framed and Gary is all ready dreaming of what it will look like when it is done.

This is our cat Spook. She had to get into the pictures too.

This is looking through the soon to be kitchen into our bedroom. Notice how big the windows are!

This is me (you couldn't guess right?) standing in a space that I have never had before......MY PANTRY!
Now I have to go and clean the basement where the furnace has been moved, all the coal dust. Gary moved out all the old duct work and he was just black!

This is for Salinda who sent me the lovely gift of pink flamingos. Yes I will proudly say I'm a redneck!! See the cars also in the background? And I just might have to get some tires to use as footrest. Luv ya!!!

We moved out in the trailer over memorial weekend and today is the 29th of JULY(Gabe's birthday). You would think we would be seeing all kinds of progress, but, then you wouldn't be taking into account cement contractors. They were very busy arguing over the fate of the world and it's demise! Today was the day that they poured the floor, so now we should just see things fly!

We were trying to be so careful of our neighbors t.v. wires, so far we have torn them down twice.

See cement in the basement!!!!!!! Today!!!!!

End of Demo

We can no longer use our frontdoor, there are no steps or front porch.

There , no more house.

The white round thing is a 150 watt lightbulb that was found in the dirt. How it survived I will never know.

These were an example of all the rocks dug out of the basement, I was disapointed that there were not any the size of cars. I really wanted a great big one. Gary asked me if I was crazy?

Basement is all dug and now we wait for the cement people. We ONLY have to wait about 10 days! No problem we are just having all kinds of fun camping! Got to love it! Just us rednecks in Helper! :) For all of those people that are making fun of our washer out side. Maybe we just need a couch outside.

Here is the beast that will take down our house! I was scared when I saw the size and how close the electrical lines were. I told Harley that I was scared and she said "go talk to your flowers and pretend it isn't happening". Wise words!

Bye rose bushes! :(

There she goes!

Even the toilet.

There it is, just a pile of rubble and a lot of fond memories.

Demo continues

Here is the love of my life destroying my kitchen!

I think he a little too much fun(not really, he was dieing from the heat.)

Gary had to saw the house in half, it wasn't as hard as he thought it would be. I, of course, worried that he was biting off more than he could chew. I need to have more faith!

Our poor bathroom! Later today is the actual tear down with the trachoe! The dumpster just arrived, it's time for it to come down!
