Wow! The last time I worked on this was Sept 16! Now it is Oct 18 and so much has happened. Garys Aunt Lloyal died (Garys Moms only sister). This made for us 3 funerals and 2 weddings since we started on our house.

Justin and Erin were married, Bonnie and Paul came and helped us, the leaves have changed and fallen off in the mountains, Gabe got a deer, we went to the circus with Gabe, Crystal and the kids, the house has changed and we hope to move back in soon. Any way from all of this here are some pictures

The shingles were very dirty and it was very hot!!

These are our new great friends the Powell family. Floyd is caring the garbage can. Kate is helping me pick up the shingles to go in the dumpster.

Annika, Abbey and Jayce enjoying fudge bars.

Our good friend and neighbor Earlene and Kogin Powell.

Gary, Gabe, Kyle, Brock and Garrett puting on the felt.

Talia Powell being her cute self. I think I will blow this up to give to her parents. :)

Gary's scafolding, safty awareness is his by word!

Walking the well worn path from the trailer to the house. That is Nicole walking with me (Jason and Heidi's daughter) she was just baptized.

We got the jetted tub and I had to try it out . Can hardly wait for water!

Our bedroom windows!!!! Aren't they great!

Gary invited me into our new kitchen to eat dinner. He is so romantic!

The string you see hanging in the middle is the old pull down light that all of the men always banged their heads on. Gary took it down when I wasn't there, but, I understand that he took it down with a lot of satisfaction and threw it away without any remorse.

When Kris finished taking it down, this clothes pin was found holding the wire. I laughed and thought about the possibility of my Dad puting that there so the wire wouldn't roll all the way up. Thanks for the good laugh Dad!!

Old lights making way for new ones.

The finish of Kris's art of wiring, the breaker box and his own signature. Thanks Kris!!

This is our youngest helper, Jayce. He quiet liked helping Grapa use the nail gun.

Off goes the old shingles (dirty, dirty work).

Sorry everyone that last picture was of the space where the old furnace was.

Hi Everyone! I need to get caught up!
How can I ever thank everyone who has helped us with our house!
This is our nephew Kris that came and stayed a week to wire our our house. He camped out in our backyard and was wonderful.
Kris, thank you for your talents and sacrifice that you performed on our behalf.

At the same time Gabe came and helped out.
He pulled wires, demoed the coal bin in the basement, lifted sheeting, helped put shingles on and basically did what ever we asked him to do. Thank you son, we love you!!!

Of course there is the boss (Gary) who has done so much that it just never ends!!!!

Up go the trusses (Gabe, Kris & Gary)!!!!

The view from the inside.

Then the sheeting goes up.

Here is Gary and Kris. You can't see our good friend Larry who was also there. He is the one who ran the trachoe that tore down the house.

See, no more coal bin or shelfs.

This is the basement. The doorway on the left is the bathroom, then the cold storage room, two bedrooms, family room and furnace room.
